Yancheng Dagang Petroleum Tools Factory Co., Ltd. is a member of the first-level network of China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, and China National Offshore Oil Corporation. It is a comprehensive petroleum product manufacturing enterprise mainly engaged in the production of oil drilling and well control equipment.

The company was founded in 1995 and is a national high-tech enterprise and a "specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative" enterprise in Jiangsu Province. It is located in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, known as the "Eastern Golden Coast and the Capital of Eastern Wetlands", with a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. It is an important hub for high-speed rail and expressways. After years of hard work and dedication, it has become a professional manufacturer integrating research and development, production and sales. Its main products include screw drill tools, blowout preventers, blowout preventer control devices, choke (kill) manifolds, pressure control operation devices, fracturing manifolds, wellhead equipment, oil trees, and downhole tools.

The company covers an area of 24,000 square meters, has over 150 employees, including 25 engineering and technical personnel, 6 senior engineers, and 9 engineers. It is a provincial-level technology research and development center in Jiangsu Province, with strong production and manufacturing capabilities: it has 120 sets of various processing equipment such as CNC machining centers and CNC lathes. It has a nationally certified CNS laboratory with advanced and complete testing equipment, including physical and chemical testing equipment, non-destructive testing equipment, rubber testing equipment, computer data acquisition systems, pressure testing equipment, and pressure control operation simulation test fields, with over 50 sets of main equipment.

The company has a complete management system and has passed certifications for quality, environment, occupational health and safety, measurement, HSE, and after-sales service. Its product quality has passed certifications such as API Q1, API 6A, API 16A, API 16C, API 16D, API 7-1, and API 7-2 from the American Petroleum Institute. It has obtained the special equipment production license. Its products are recognized as high-tech products and famous products in Jiangsu Province. Among them, the gas well pressure control operation device has been recognized as the first set of major equipment in Jiangsu Province. It holds over 50 national patents, including 25 invention patents.
