Research and development and field test of pressure operation device for low pressure gas well

With the acceleration of natural gas development business, the number of low-pressure gas wells in China has been increasing year by year. In order to ensure the production of gas wells to a large extent, based on the increasingly higher requirements for environmental protection, low pressure gas wells under pressure operation technology came into being. Significantly different from the conventional pressure operation technology is that the DFP18-14X low pressure gas well pressure operation device has the functions of airtight shackle, liquid sealing gas and secondary pressure reduction, and can operate at a safe operating pressure of 14MPa. Three well field tests have been carried out on low pressure gas wells under pressure. The results show that the current construction is safe, reliable and efficient. The pressure operation technology of low pressure gas wells provides a technical reference for the pressure operation of similar wells at home and abroad.
