Design of Wellhead Thermal Insulation System of Pressurized Operation Device

The transient temperature change on the surface of the heating tube was calculated using the mathematical model of non-steady heat transfer, and the heating power of the device was determined. At the same time, a set of wellhead insulation system for pressure operation devices was designed and processed according to the results of physical surveying and mapping. The results show that, The numerical simulation results of the unsteady state changes of the surface temperature of the heating tube are in good agreement with the field test values. The wellhead insulation system of the pressure operation device designed and manufactured meets the requirements of winter workover operations, and has fast heating, good insulation effect, safety and convenience advantage.
